East Wind

Year: 2020
Duration: 17 Min

East Wind is a collection of 9 micro videos, exploring the theme of transience and imperfection. In Buddhist philosophy impermanence is a key concept; in this world everything is in flux and to exist in harmony and peace we also have to accept it, have to let it go.. Parallelly it also focuses on the so called ‘unimportant things’, ‘abundant places’ and ‘mundane regular activities’…. but as we know nothing is banal if we can look at them with enough love and compassion. At first glance they may seems ‘Petty’ but gradually we can sense that there is some more, Like Basho’s Haiku or a kintsugi pot.
