She made her first feature film, “Chhoti Moti Batein” (Sweet Home) in 2014. She has made several documentary films. She has just finished an art documentary, “Drama Queens”, which is about three veteran theatre workers of India who are women. Sohini has been working with internationally celebrated filmmaker Buddhadeb Dasgupta for the last fifteen years as an associate director and co-writer. Sohini is presently working on her next feature film, “That Girl” (working title).
