Shuchi’s interests lie in photography & filmmaking, theatre, piano playing, painting, yoga, travelling and in disciplines of anthropology & sociology. In the past, she has been the president of Masque, the English theatre society of Hindu College (2017-18), and directed ‘The Lesson’ by Eugene Ionesco. She was a member of the Ethnographic Film Club of the Department of Sociology, which hosted a film fest in 2018. She was also the Creative and Technical Head of Waqif Magazine, brought out by the Sociology Department, and was a pianist at Aria, the Music society of Hindu, till her 2nd year in college. She has worked as a photographer for Manisha Mohan, a retired female pilot who is publishing a book about the first 20 female, commercial pilots in India, and done fashion photography for Abhishek Sharma and Manjha.
