Abhyuday has studied film and video in the St Xavier’s College and LV Prasad Film and TV Academy. Specializing in cinematography, he has assisted Ranjan Palit on feature films such as Vishal Bhardwaj’s Saat Khoon Maaf. He has shot a Hungarian-Indian co-production Guru, directed by Tamas Toth. His involvement with digital media encompasses the creation of art installations as well as short films. His work has been exhibited at the IFFI, IDSFFK, SIGNS, European Media Arts Festival among others. He was invited for the Berlinale Talent Campus in 2009. His short film The Shop That Sold Everything won the Gold Award, IDPA (Mumbai). Abhyuday has made promotional and informative films for organizations such as Akshayapatra Foundation, KVIC, Bharat Khadi Sevak Sangha among others.
